Information for Advertisers, Sponsors, and Vendors
• In order to be included in the WSMTA Conference Program Booklet, orders and payments must be received by May 1, 2026.
• Orders and payments may be received after May 1, 2026, if they do not include print ads for the Conference Program Booklet.

WSMTA Member Marketplace
At this year’s WSMTA conference, members are invited to participate in a Member Marketplace. Any member’s original creations will be welcome: books, music, a music app or other music resource, even crafts are encouraged!
Here’s what you need to know:
The fee is $30 for 1/2 vendor table for one day. If you would like a 1/2 table for two days, that would be a total of $60. Three days would be $90, which would be the same price for a full table for the whole conference. Your choice!
The items must be things you have created, authored, composed etc. This is not for reselling other items that you have not created.
You must agree to volunteer for 2 hours for each day you signed up for at the Member Marketplace table during vendor operation hours:
Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm
Monday, 8 am – 3 pm
You must provide a QR code which would connect to the method of payment for your products – for example, your website. If you wish WSMTA to manage the payments, that can be arranged. The other option for payments would be cash only. Again, it’s up to you how you collect your earnings.
WSMTA reserves the right to refuse advertising if the material or business is not compatible with the WSMTA Mission and Vision statements.
Advertise in print in the Conference Booklet
Consider a print ad in the Conference Program Booklet. The booklet is a beautiful 8.75″ x 11.25″ in color, wonderfully designed by Samantha Yeung. Below, click on the booklet cover of the 2025 edition to see how your ad might look. Everyone who registers for the conference receives the booklet and many keep the booklet as reference for years!

Set up a Vendor Table
The vendor tables will be set up in the lobby of the Jerilyn S. McIntyre Music Building at Central Washington University. It will be close to the silent auction items.
